Tuluca Medical, P.C. is a private Pain Management Service dedicated to helping our patients live a pain free life. We are a team of highly trained Board Certified Physicians who specialize in evaluating and treating acute and chronic pain.
We provide diagnostic and therapeutic services on-site at our private medical facility, which allows us to have a more compassionate and personal approach with our patients. All of our specially trained professionals are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality of pain management care, so that our patients can quickly resume a normal life.
The premise of our approach is to treat the cause of the pain and not just the symptoms by precision skills that effectively target the source. Our patients are also encouraged to be a participant in their care by educating themselves in how to continue to remain pain free.

Interventional Pain Management Specialist
Luciano Tuluca, M. D., D. O.
Dr. Luciano Tuluca, is board certified by the American Academy of Pain Management and the American Osteopathic Association, the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the National Board of Osteopathic Medicine, and has been certified in intraoperative monitoring.
He specializes in fluoroscopic guided procedures of the neck, back, hips, shoulders, knees, sacroiliac, facet joints and electrodiagnostic studies (EMG / NCV), as well as radio-frequency ablation, viscosupplementation, sports injuries, nerve blocks and other in-office minor surgical procedures.
He has been practicing medicine for over 30 years and has been trained in orthopedic and general surgery in Europe. He was Chief resident during his residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He served as chairman of the Department of physical medicine and rehabilitation. He played a major role in the design and implementation of the Pain Management Board of American Osteopathic Association, as a subject matter expert. He has also been selected as a top interventional pain management doctor (Westchester Medical Journal).
